Only five percent of people follow their heart and soul while performing any work otherwise rest of the 95% just do it mechanically.
Let us today learn about detoxification. Basically, detoxification means cleaning the blood. This is done by removing impurities from the blood in the liver, where toxins are processed for elimination. The body also eliminates toxins through the kidneys, intestines, lungs, lymph and skin. However, when this system is compromised, impurities aren’t properly filtered and every cell in the body is adversely affected.
It’s a natural way to take out the waste out of the body through the process of stool, urine and sweat. Only 3% of toxins are removed through stool ,7% of toxins are removed through urine and 20% of toxin are removed through sweat.
But due to the modern luxury and comfortable lifestyle, we don’t get chance to secrete sweat. We don’t prefer using stairs instead of lift. We keep our windows and doors close and avoid fresh air to just for the sake of A.C , which makes 20% of detoxification by sweat impossible.
By regular exercise, running, jumping, walking and deep breathing we can detoxify our body. The remaining 70% of detoxification can be done through proper knowledge and proper thought process.
Our body is like a vehicle like a car or a train. But who runs this vehicle ? Our 50 trillion cells which are formed and destroyed every moment are like the engine which runs the train i.e. our body. These cells are our power and gives energy to our body.
Through detoxification, we can regenerate new cells. And we can detoxify through our thoughts also. When your criticize and put negative thoughts then cells become weak and the body slowly and slowly moves towards diseases and ultimately towards death.
If the cell is powerful then metabolism is in good condition. When you take food and chew it properly then saliva helps it to digest properly. By this, we can improve our metabolism and can stay healthy.
Girls are considered to be effective motivators. It is said ‘if you teach a man you teach an individual, but if you teach a girl you teach the whole family. A mother is the best counselor.
