पूर्वा चतुर्वेदी
Surbhi Chandna born 11 September 1989) is an Indian television actress known for her portrayal of Annika Trivedi in Ishqbaaaz and Dr. Ishani Arora in Sanjivani. She made her debut serial in the famous TV serial Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chasmah in which she played the role of Sweety in 2009.
She was born in a well-stable Punjabi family in Mumbai on 11 September 1989. Since her school days, she wanted to make her career related to entertainment due to which she starting to took part in school competition such as sports, dance and drama.

When she study in her college, she participated in beauty pageant ‘Indian Princess’ contest due to which she got chance to featured in commercial ads.
