ABOUT : Monica Bedi is an Indian actress. She has started her career in Bollywood with the movie Suraksha in 1995. She has acted in many bollywood films such as tirchi topiwale, khilona, janam samjha karo, Jodi No. 1 and many more. She has also acted in South Indian films like Taj mahal, Agneepath etc. She has appeared in many reality shows like Big Boss Season 2, Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 3 and Desi Girl. She has played the role of Guman in daily soap opera Saraswatichandra on Star Plus.
STUDY : She studied at Oxford University in London, United Kingdom and completed her acting education at Delhi University.
MARRIAGE : Monica Bedi was dating Gangster Abu Salem originally from Azamgarh district, Uttar Pradesh. In 2002 the mates were copped by Lisbon Police for passport forgery. She was deported to India but because of lack of evidence the actress was released from Chanchalguda Central Jail on 25th July 2007. Earlier, Bedi in her interviews had said that although she knew Salem for several years but they had never got married.
